Welcome to BassLine. By accessing or using the BassLine Hydration Dashboard platform, websites, services, and associated hardware integrations (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BassLine regarding your use of our real-time fluid tracking and metrics optimization tools.

To access the hydration dashboard features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bassline.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

BassLine provides automated fluid balance calculations, nitrogen gas adjustments (for Nitro options), and consumption logging based on inputs and integrated IoT sensors. While our proprietary algorithms aim to deliver highly accurate hydration tracking, all metrics are estimates. Our recommendations do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Access to premium analytics, customized hydration schedules, and advanced integration features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as indicated at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly specified in our active promotion details.

You agree to use the BassLine Hydration Dashboard strictly for personal wellness and organizational optimization. You must not use the dashboard for any hazardous or safety-critical applications where precise liquid measurements are required to prevent personal injury or damage. Any tampering with our hardware integrations or reverse-engineering of our dashboard UI is strictly prohibited.

The BassLine brand name, logo, custom user interfaces, proprietary hydration algorithms, formulation calculators, and all software elements are the exclusive intellectual property of BassLine and its licensors. No license, transfer of ownership, or right of use is granted to you except for the limited personal, revocable license to access the dashboard.

Your privacy is paramount. BassLine's collection, use, and sharing of your personal profile data, consumption logs, and biometric metrics are governed by our Privacy Policy. We utilize secure encryption to safeguard your data, and we do not sell your personal hydration telemetry to third-party advertisers without your explicit opt-in consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BassLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your reliance on the hydration recommendations, recipes, or target thresholds. You use the recommendations at your own sole risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the BassLine Hydration Dashboard at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is detrimental to the business interests of BassLine. Upon termination, your historical logs may be archived or deleted.

BassLine reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the dynamic notification indicator inside your dashboard header or via your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
